a team and set an aggressive goal which we ought to achieve in a short period.
We have taken the global economic situation as a challenge. With innovation at the
core of our business model, we have shifted from a mere focus on WND Telecom to
a multi-brand approach. There are two main factors and strategies that have allowed
us to grow considerably in 2009.
First, our dedication to offering an enjoyable shopping experience to our customers.
Our store concepts allow the customers to have a 1-on-1 interactive experience with
our sales advisors. Yes! Sales advisors. Our team-mates at the frontlines are highly
trained and can provide you with all the information needed to make a sound decision.
Second, the appropriate choice of partners. Starphone is a retailer as well as a
distributor. Therefore, our partners include our product suppliers as well as other
major retailers in the UAE and the MEA region who distribute our products within
their premises. We treasure our relationship with these partners and always aim
to match and exceed their expectations.
Starphone turned “TWO” in May 2009 and we’ve
got a lot to celebrate!
